Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations please be courteous of the service provider as well as yourself. All cancellations must be finalized at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel within the respected time period will result in a payment of 50% of your service charged to your card. Failure to process the cancellation properly w/o notice will result in you being banned from future bookings. You will only be charged 50% of your service if you fail to cancel in the time frame.
